Pastor Brummett to Preach!

Project “Belief”

Project “Belief” (Update)

Living Faith Fellowship partnered with “Belief In Motion” based in Loganville, GA,
for the months of June – September 2014 to raise funds for a missionary work in Romania. Goal to raise was $1,000.00. Living Faith Fellowship was able to raise and sow $1,425.75 for this project. This amount allowed Living Faith Fellowship to provide the following items:

 

  • (20) 1 month supply of diapers and wipes for the Abandoned Baby Center
  • (10)  Bibles in the Romanian native language
  • (10)  Pairs of shoes for a child with no shoes
  • (100) Pack of seeds for a family to use to grow food
  • Missionary Support for the lead missionary family

Project “Habakkuk”

Project Habakkuk (Update)

Feeling the call to bless a local mission project for the month of December 2014, Living Faith Fellowship sowed a seed of $375.00 into Habakkuk Ministries, founded in Snellville, GA. Under the direction of Chaplains Lance & Jann Marthaler, this couple invest themselves every month to reach out to the inmates in the Georgia State Prisons, by conducting worship services, Bible training, and counseling. Currently the Marthaler’s ministry reaches Central, Burruss, and Washington State Prisons, Macon Transitional Center and the new privatized prison in Milledgeville, River Bend. Our prayer is that God will continue to show Himself mighty through the labors of this couple.

“Christmas Child” (Update)

During the Christmas season, Living Faith Fellowship partnered with La Iglesia de Hoy in Elizabeth, NJ, to help raise funds to supply Christmas gift shoe boxes to children that are less fortunate around the world. The monies that were collected went to purchase items to be placed in these boxes. Living Faith Fellowship sowed $678.00 and was able to provide 43 boxes for this project. The boxes were wrapped and items disbursed within the boxes by the children’s ministry of Living Faith Fellowship, God’s Faithful Warriors. Monies were collected for the months of October and November 2014.  The shoeboxes were assembled by God’s Faithful Warriors (children’s ministry) and then shipped to the children.

Leadership Luncheon

Just a reminder that there will be a Leaders Luncheon on Sunday, January 18th, from 1:30-3:00 PM in the fellowship hall of the church.  This luncheon is for leadership only and you should have received a personal invitation.  Immediately following the luncheon there will be a short presentation by Pastor McGuire regarding the ministry of Living Faith Fellowship.  Lunch will be provided by Shane’s Rib Shack.  Come hungry!
